Creative People, NGO that brings together these highlytalented hearing-impaired youths who createthe Best Out of Waste. We are a dynamic and passionate NGO committed to transforming the lives of Disabled individuals through recruitment, support & empowerment. Our aim is to challenge societal perceptions of disability to create a more and more inclusive society where the talents and skills of disabled are recognized and celebrated. It is an initiative to provide platform for these special people to join hands and make constructive use of their skills and boost their confidence, thus making them independent and self-reliant.

MRS.SHRREEJA M.THAKUR

For the past 21 years I am associated with the teaching sector for young minds. Teaching as a passion always provoked me to do something for the society. The basic livelihood question of the specially abled has always intrigued me. How beautifully it is said by Mother Teresa that, “Loneliness and a feeling of unwanted is the most terrible poverty” keeping this notion in mind we mark the mobilization of various kinds of work with rural development and skill development for hearing impaired youths and handling the socio- economic aspects of villagers and of the differently abled youths. My time with Creative People has made me realised that communication knows no bounds as long as the person in front of you is willing to listen. I hope you all can lend us an ear to your heart and open doors to a more inclusive society

DR.PROF. MAHESH THAKUR (FOUNDER DIRECTOR)

Faculty of Karve Institute of Social Service
Experienced Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the civic & social welfare organization industry. Skilled in Corporate Social Responsibility, NGOs, Skill Development, and Training. Dr. Prof. Thakur is a founding member of the Savitribai Phule Pune University's disability board and CSR committee with more than 21 years of experience in teaching and consulting. " I have become a seasoned trainer and advisor in the fields of social work, HR, and CSR. And, accomplishing 70 projects for corporate houses across Maharashtra, as well as in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh. Our CSR initiatives involve investing in a more inclusive future for all while developing, implementing, and evaluating projects. I try to translate people's philantrophic intentions into actual groundwork. Working for the differently abled is a cause I am deeply passionate about. Creative People is a family that is nurturing not only each other butalsothe societyandIam proudto beapartof such an instituion".

Our motto is not only to empower them but also enable a platform where the basic necessities for a healthy life is achieved and live a respectful life ahead. Hence, the foundation of our NGO, Creative People was laid on the basis of giving an opportunity to the hearing impaired youths to have a robust life and bright future. We are delighted to share that CP is now transcending to new heights with each passing year. We are blessed and honored to have a dedicated and highly talented team which is always striving hard to give their best. We as a team remain committed to deliver on the values and culture entrusted in us by our customers.

Happiness is the essence of life and the KEY to the happiness is gratitude. We are thankful to all who are associated with us and have extended their helping hands in different ways. Together we can help these specially abled children to stand on their feet and gather the courage to live their lives independently. We once again would like to thank our customers and our well wishers who regularly participate in our activities. They have been acting as wonderful mentors and stand with us as our backbone .We are sure, very soon CP would attain the heights where we will seek every rural area out and every individual leading a joyful and happy life through our helping hands. The earnest request here would be just to give the strength to the set of wings and see these beautiful birds soaring high.
