Founder Director Creative People

Shreeja Thakur

For 21 years, I have been passionately dedicated to teaching young minds. This passion has always inspired me to give back to society. The challenges faced by the specially abled, particularly in securing basic livelihoods, have always moved me deeply. Mother Teresa’s words, “Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty,” resonate profoundly with me. Guided by this belief, I’ve worked tirelessly with Creative People to drive rural and skill development initiatives for hearing-impaired youth, addressing their socio-economic challenges. My journey here has taught me that true communication transcends barriers when there is a willingness to understand. I invite you all to listen with your hearts and join us in opening doors to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

This is How a Typical Day at Creative People Looks Like!

The day begins with warm smiles and teamwork as hearing-impaired youth collaborate on crafting eco-friendly products. Skill-enhancement sessions boost creativity and confidence, while vibrant drawing classes bring imagination to life. Celebrations, workshops, and hands-on training make each moment meaningful. At Creative People, every day is a journey of growth, inclusivity, and building a brighter future together!

Inclusivity at Creative People Welcomes Furry Friends Too!

At Creative People, inclusivity goes beyond humans—it embraces our furry friends too! Every day, the warm presence of pets adds joy and comfort, creating a positive and supportive environment. While the hearing-impaired youth craft and learn, their animal companions offer unconditional love, boosting morale and spreading happiness. Together, they weave a beautiful tapestry of compassion, creativity, and connection!
